2.1.1 Intrawelt s.a.s. offers educational courses and seminars in an eLearning manner with the appropriate processing and production (or in collaboration with third parties) and to perform the activity of electronic commerce exclusively for end users.

Such educational operations could be:
a) completely synchronous, asynchronous or mixed;
b) completely on-line or supported by blended educational courses.

The site is aimed principally at translation professionals and to students of interpreting and to university students in the faculty of translation, linguistic mediation and foreign languages.

Following a course is done exclusively by the student and therefore, the course will only be accessible from a single student's PC. At the moment of registration, a username and password will be activated for use only on the PC from which the student registered. Such data will not be ceded or transferred to third parties for any reason. Any violation of this will cause the username and password to be immediately blocked.

If you are not the end consumer, we advise you not to use our site and not to buy products of services with the "Intrawelt" brand contained in www.translatorstraining.com. 2.4. Payments

2.7. Right to withdraw

2.7.1 You have the right to withdraw from the final contract with www.translatorstraining.com without any penalty and without specifying any reason, within ten (10) working days from receiving the service or the product purchase on www.translatorstraining.com by sending to Intrawelt s.a.s. whose head office is in Porto Sant'Elpidio – Via Elpidiense, 14, 63018 (AP) Italy, written communication sent by registered mail.

2.7.2 The aforementioned communication of withdrawal can also be sent by fax to the number +39 0734 90 23 67 on the condition that it is followed by a confirmation registered-mail letter within two days of the transmission of the fax.

2.7.3 The withdrawal – beyond the respect of the terms and the ways described in the preceding points 2.7.1, 2.7.2 – is intended to exercised correctly even with respect to the following conditions:

For physical products (CD-ROM and similar):
a) exercising the right to withdrawal entails the client bearing the onus of returning the products received, completely and with any accompanying accessories and in their original packing, directly to the company
b) the products must not be in a used or damaged state, nor be found to be in a state altered or modified from their original
c) the products must be returned in their original wrapping, the wrapping must be in the same original conditions without any damage;
d) the products must be accompanied by a copy of the registered-mail letter send by you to notify us of your withdrawal;
e) the returned products must be sent to Intrawelt s.a.s. whose head office is Via Elpidiense, 14, 63018 Porto Sant'Elpidio (AP) Italy in one package only and will under normal circumstances have been received within thirty (30) working days from the date of the written communication of withdrawal as outlined in points 2.7.1 and 2.7.2.
f) according to dlgs 185/99 e al dlgs 206/05 the right to withdraw is exclusive for contracts to which art.5 comma 3 has particular reference for contracts:
- providing services where the execution of said service has already begun with the user's consent before the expiry term of 10 days;
- providing audio-visual products or sealed software products which have been opened by the user;
- providing newspapers, periodicals or magazines

For exclusively on-line products (courses, seminars…):
a )the user must not have made use of the resources or the activities posted on-line; such use can be checked through log files of the connections made and for each user it is possible to track which file and resource has been accessed.

2.7.4 If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the method and terms indicated in paragraph 3, Intrawelt s.a.s. will endeavour to reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products nett of any shipping costs incurred in the delivery of the products.

2.7.5 Having confirmed that the right of withdrawal has been followed correctly, as per the preceding article, Intrawelt s.a.s. will endeavour to reimburse the sum, within thirty (30) days from the date which Intrawelt s.a.s. received the returned goods from you and following confirmation of the returned goods' integrity;

Within the same 30 days term, in the event of a poorly-timed or illegitimate attempt to exercise the right to withdraw, Intrawelt s.a.s. will endeavour to communicate to you the reasons for rejecting your claim to reimbursement beyond the fact that the communicated withdrawal by you has been illegitimate.

2.7.6 After the return of the products, Intrawelt s.a.s. makes the necessary tests relative to the products' conformity to the same conditions and terms found in paragraph 7. In the case in which the check prove positive, the same company will endeavour to send you, via electronic mail, the appropriate confirmation of the acceptance of the products returned.

2.7.7 Whichever payment method you used, the reimbursement will be made by Intrawelt s.a.s. within thirty (30) days from the date on which Intrawelt s.a.s. came to learn of your execution of the right of withdrawal and having verified the correct execution of the right to withdrawal and having inspected the returned products.

2.7.8 In the event that there is not a correspondence between the person receiving the product and who is mentioned on the order form and that person who paid the sum owing from the purchase, the sum's reimbursement, in the case of the correct execution of the right of withdrawal, will be made by Intrawelt s.a.s. in favour of that person who paid.

2.7.9 In the case that you decide to use, for the return of the products, a shipper different to that indicated by Intrawelt s.a.s., the expenses of the shipping will be borne by you, taxes included as well as the responsibility for disappearance of or damage to the products.

2.8. Treatment of personal data

Your personal data are collected in an electronic way and treated in relation to the marketing objectives of the products with the Intrawelt brand and in the execution of contractual obligations by:

2.9.1 The General Conditions of Sale are regulated by Italian Law and in particular by the legislative decree No. 185/99 e 206 of 06/09/2005 in remote contracts and by the legislative decree 9 April 2003 No. 70 on aspects concerning electronic commerce.
